| 编辑学术组织力与科技期刊学术组织力息息相关。为提升编辑学术组织力，《地球科学》编辑部尝试了许多策略。文章以《地球科学》编辑部为例，介绍了《地球科学》两刊提升编辑学术组织力路径和成果：(1) 通过提升编辑数据和信息收集、运用能力提升编辑对选题策划、组稿约稿的把控能力，通过强化信息敏感度追踪地质重大事件，编辑部邀约了一批高质量专辑/专栏以及高影响力论文；(2) 通过严格的遴选制度加强编委身份认同、加强编辑与编委关于期刊工作的交流、加强编委工作目标管理等具体措施提高两刊编委的主观能动性，进而鼎力支持两刊选题策划、组稿约稿、撰稿审稿、推广宣传、组织学术会议与论坛等实质性工作。《地球科学》编辑部办刊实践表明，提升编辑内容组织力和学者组织力有利于提升科技期刊影响力和竞争力，从而更好地服务培育世界一流科技期刊。 |

| The academic organizational ability of editors is closely related to the academic organizational ability of sci-tech journals. To enhance the academic organization ability of editors, the editorial department of Earth Science has attempted many strategies. The article takes the editorial department of Earth Science as an example to introduce the paths and achievements of improving the organizational power of editorial content and scholars in the two journals of Earth Science. (1) By enhancing information sensitivity to track major geological events, and improving the ability to collect and apply editing data and information, editors can enhance their control over topic selection, planning, and soliciting submissions. As a result, the editorial department has received a batch of high-quality albums/columns and highly influential paper submissions. (2) The editorial department has taken specific measures to enhance the subjective initiative of the editorial board of the two journals, such as strengthening the identification of editorial board members through a strict selection system, enhancing communication between editors and editorial board members on journal work, and strengthening the management of editorial board work objectives. The editorial board strongly supports substantive work such as topic selection planning, soliciting submissions, writing and reviewing articles, promoting publicity, and organizing academic conferences and forums for the two journals. The practice of the editorial department of Earth Science has shown that improving scholars organizational ability and contents organizational ability of editors is conducive to enhancing the influence and competitiveness of sci-tech journals, thereby better serving the cultivation of world-class sci-tech journals. |
