      高品质学术内容是科技期刊建设与发展的核心,是期刊纪录科研成果、助力科技发展的关键承载。本文以《极端条件下的物质与辐射》(简称MRE)为例,介绍了MRE期刊创刊以来在高质量学术内容策划与组织方面的实践和经验,包括通过多种方式相结合,加强领域前沿专刊、热点方向专刊和精品会议专刊的策划与出版,推动热点科研成果与前沿科技进展的跟踪与报道,坚持打造高品质内容,稳步提升期刊学术质量与国际影响。本文仅结合建设实践与经验总结,以为我国一流期刊建设发展提供有益参考。

      High-quality academic content is the core of the construction and development of sci-tech journals, and also the key carrier for journals to record scientific research achievements and facilitate the development of science and technology. Taking Matter and Radiation at Extremes (MRE) as an example, this paper introduces the practice and experience of MRE journal in the planning and organization of high-quality academic content since its inception, and how the journal gradually being affirmed and recognized by more and more experts and scholars in the field by the planning and publication of worldwide frontiers special issues and the tracking and reporting of cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements. This paper mainly summarizes the development practice and reflection, so as to provide a useful reference for the construction and development of first-class journals in China.
