      优秀的青年编辑是科技期刊的主力军。如何遴选和培养青年编辑,是各期刊出版单位共同的课题。本文分享了中国科学院软件研究所期刊联合编辑部青年编辑招募和培养的实践经验。在招募阶段,借助微信考察应聘者的价值观,借助初试题目考察应聘者对岗位的渴求度、岗位胜任力和专业素质等,招募对象和编辑岗位的关系一定是双向奔赴的;在培养阶段,通过传帮带、编辑学研究、“夸夸卡”和“从错误中学习”等方式提升青年编辑的编辑业务能力和个人自身素质,充分激发青年编辑的优势特长和潜能,共同组成一支可持续发展的高水平编辑队伍。

      Excellent young editors are the main force of scientific journals. How to select and cultivate young editors is a common issue among various journal publishing units. This article shared the practical experience of recruiting and cultivating young editors in the Joint Editorial Department of the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences. During the recruitment stage, WeChat is used to assess the values of job applicants, and preliminary exam questions are used to assess their thirst for the position, job competence, and professional quality. The relationship between the recruitment target and the editing position must be two-way. In the training stage, young editors can enhance their editing skills and personal qualities through methods such as mentoring, editorial research, praise, and learning from mistakes. We make great efforts to fully stimulate young editors’ strengths and potential, and jointly forming a sustainable and high-level editing team.
