| 在新时代推动学术期刊繁荣发展的背景下,地方高校学报作为我国科技期刊金字塔的组成部分,如何在坚守办刊初心的同时找到适合自身发展的特色之路。以《河南师范大学学报(自然科学版)》为例,从点、线、面入手系统梳理了学报以服务区域高质量发展为抓手,聚焦结合国家战略与区域高质量发展,分别围绕“黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展”“南水北调后续工程高质量发展”“粮食安全”为主线,着力打造“两高一全”专题专栏,同时,结合河南省“十大战略”区域高质量发展目标进行组稿约稿,强化小期刊大编辑的团队协作作用,以期刊品牌建设助力区域高质量发展,以期为地方高校综合性学术期刊的高质量发展提供参考。 |

| In the context of promoting the prosperity and development of academic journals in the new era, local university journals, as part of the pyramid of scientific journals in China, need to find their own unique path of development while adhering to their original intentions. This paper takes the Journal of Henan Normal University (Natural Science Edition) as an example and systematically reviews how the journal has taken the service of regional high-quality development from the point, line and surface, focusing on combining national strategies and regional high-quality development, and building "two highs and one comprehensive" special columns around the main lines of "ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin", "high-quality development of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project", and "food security". At the same time, the journal has combined the regional high-quality development goals of the "Ten Strategies" of Henan Province to solicit articles and invite contributions, strengthened the team building of small journals with big editors, and leveraged journal brand construction to support regional high-quality development, with the aim of providing reference for the high-quality development of comprehensive academic journals of local universities. |
