      作者是科技期刊重要的目标服务群体,数字时代科技期刊作者的需求随之发生变化,结合作者核心需求变化及科技期刊自身发展需要,思考建设数字时代较为系统的作者服务体系十分必要。针对科技期刊目前相关现状与实践,从服务意识、服务行为、服务文化三个主要层面,尝试建构数字时代较为完善、系统的科技期刊作者服务体系框架,在此基础上,分析和探讨数字时代科技期刊相关服务能力提升的具体路径和优化策略,总结服务意识、服务行为和服务文化三者之间的逻辑关系,希望能以作者服务为切入点,为科技期刊全方位提升服务能力带来借鉴和启发。
英文摘要:
      The author is an important target service group of sci-tech periodicals, and the needs of sci-tech periodical authors in the digital age have changed accordingly, it is necessary to think about the construction of systematic author service system in the digital age. In view of the current situation and practice of sci-tech periodicals, this paper attempts to construct a perfect and systematic service system framework for sci-tech periodicals authors in the digital era from three main aspects of service consciousness, service behavior and service culture, on this basis, this paper analyzes and discusses the specific paths and optimization strategies for the improvement of the relevant service ability of sci-tech periodicals in the Digital Age, and summarizes the logical relationship among service consciousness, service behavior and service culture, the author hopes to take the reader service as the Breakthrough Point, and bring reference and inspiration for the sci-tech periodicals to enhance the service ability in an all-round way.
