| 利益冲突(COI)的存在可能会对研究实施、结果解读、文章撰写以及最终的出版决策产生潜在偏倚,因此,对其有效的识别、披露和管理是确保学术研究质量和可信度的基本要求。本研究检索撤稿观察数据库中因COI被处理的生物医学稿件,对其COI表现形式和处理措施进行剖析,发现被处理的稿件COI表现形式多样,主要与不符合期刊商业资助政策,未充分披露COI和作者与研究者、其他作者、项目负责人存在COI等因素有关。国内作者COI主要体现未进行COI披露及非财务COI。期刊主要采取的措施为关注、关注后更正、更正和撤稿。本研究为我国医学期刊COI政策建设和实践可以提供一些思考:补充商业资助的相关政策,强化对作者COI披露的规范化指导,同时亦应对非财务性COI给予足够的关注与妥善处理。 |

| The presence of conflicts of interest (COI) may potentially introduce bias in the implementation of research, interpretation of results, writing of articles, and ultimate publication decisions. Therefore, effective identification, disclosure, and management of COI are fundamental requirements for ensuring the quality and credibility of academic research. This study retrieves biomedicine manuscripts handled due to COI from the Retraction Watch database, analyzes the manifestations and handling measures of COI, and finds that the manifestations of COI in the handled manuscripts are diverse, mainly related to non-compliance with journal commercial funding policies, insufficient disclosure of COI, and COI between authors and researchers, other authors, and project leaders. COI among domestic authors mainly manifests as a lack of COI disclosure and non-financial COI. The main measures taken by journals are attention, correction after attention, correction, and retraction. This study offers some reflections for the construction and practice of COI policies in medical journals within our country: it suggests supplementing policies related to commercial funding, strengthening standardized guidance for authors’ COI disclosure, and simultaneously, adequate attention and proper handling should be given to non-financial COIs. |
