| 本文以《大地构造与成矿学》期刊为例, 设计了在Word中一键进行全文段落格式设置的宏程序。该程序的框架分为三部分: 1)前处理过程, 2)定义全文各段落的类型过程, 3)自动段落格式设置过程。部分段落还有一些特殊内容处理, 例如英文作者中姓的拼音大写、名的拼音首字母大写其余小写及姓名后的数字或星号为上标; 参考文献段落要求英文期刊名为斜体字体等。根据不同期刊的规范要求来定义段落类型及修改对应的段落格式设置过程, 该设计方法可以借鉴和应用到其他期刊, 设计的程序可以减轻编辑的工作量和提高工作效率。 |

| This paper takes the journal "Geotectonica et Metallogenia , 2) Defining the types of paragraphs throughout the text, 3) The automatic paragraph format setting process. Some paragraphs require special content processing, such as the English author name paragraph requiring the surname in uppercase, the first letter of the given name in uppercase with the rest in lowercase, and the numbers or asterisks after the name as superscripts; the reference section requires English journal names to be in italics. By defining paragraph types and modifying the corresponding paragraph format setting processes according to the specifications of different journals, this design method can be referenced and applied to other journals. The designed program can reduce the workload of editors and improve work efficiency. |
