| 为了深度发挥科技期刊作为科技服务平台的作用,结合期刊行业发展形势和科技高质量发展新局面,找准区域期刊的期刊定位,抓住区域专业学术成果的优势和区域专业学会组织的优势,从学术质量、编校质量、传播质量和服务质量四个方面分析研究,提升期刊内容建设水平和服务供给能力,找出区域科技期刊的高质量发展路径。学术质量方面,聚焦新疆地区前沿领域的重大理论创新和技术进展,进行专题策划和组稿约稿,发挥审稿专家优势,在审稿环节严格把控学术质量；编校质量方面,加强编辑编校知识培训和编校质量考核,坚持精编、精校的工匠精神；服务质量方面,提升专业编辑的学术水平,密切跟踪学术动态,从源头为作者提供指导服务；传播质量方面,通过参加学术会议、组建青年编委会提升期刊传播精度,通过融媒体建设提升传播广度。多措并施,充分发挥科技期刊作为科研成果展示和传播平台的作用,推进区域科技期刊高质量发展的同时,促进科技成果的推广和学术交流。 |

| In order to give full play to the role of science and technology journals as a science and technology service platform, combined with the development situation of the journal industry and the high-quality development of science and technology, identify the periodical positioning of regional periodicals, seize the advantages of regional professional academic achievements and regional professional associations, analyze and study from four aspects: academic quality, editing quality, communication quality and service quality. Improve the level of periodical content construction and service supply capacity, and find out the high-quality development path of regional science and technology journals. In terms of academic quality, focus on major theoretical innovation and technological progress in frontier fields in Xinjiang, carry out thematic planning and manuscript organizing, give full play to the advantages of reviewers, and strictly control academic quality in the process of review; In terms of editing quality, we should strengthen editing knowledge training and editing quality assessment, and adhere to the craftsman spirit of fine editing and fine editing. In terms of service quality, improve the academic level of professional editors, closely track academic trends, and provide guidance services for authors from the source; In terms of communication quality, the accuracy of periodical communication is improved by participating in academic conferences and establishing youth editorial committees, and the breadth of communication is improved by the construction of financial media.
