      探讨发展新质生产力如何为我国科技期刊的发展注入新鲜活力与拓展战略视野,同时,这一变革也对科技期刊编辑人员专业能力提出了前所未有的高标准要求。剖析了科技期刊领域内新质生产力建设的迫切需求,明确适应这一趋势所需的行业人才核心特质。从五个维度,即出版业态的突破性创新、出版服务的价值深化与增值、行业内部的创新驱动策略、经济价值的创造性转化、国际合作与深度融合的路径探索,构建了科技期刊人才培育的综合性策略体系。这些策略为科技期刊编辑人员指明了提升自我适配能力的具体方向,也为推动我国科技期刊行业迈向高质量发展阶段提供了实践指南。
英文摘要:
      This study explores how the development of new quality productive forces infuse new vitality into and broaden the strategic horizons of China's sci-tech journal industry. Concurrently, this transformation sets extremely stringent standards for the professional competence of sci-tech journal editors. It also analyzes the necessity for the construction of new quality productive forces in the field and clarifies the core qualities industry talents required to adapt to the trend. It outlines a comprehensive system for talent cultivation in sci-tech journals, encompassing five key aspects: breakthrough innovation in publishing, value deepening and appreciation of services, industry-driven strategies, creative transformation of economic value, and exploration for international cooperation and integration. These strategies provide specific directions for editors to enhance their adaptability and offer practical guidance for advancing China's sci-tech journal industry towards a stage of high-quality development.
