| 在被视为学术智慧的超级大脑的智能增强学术范式驱动下,人工智能生成内容(AIGC)正以前所未有的动能推动医学研究范式向智能化、高效化转型。医学学术期刊传播在医学学术研究中扮演着核心枢纽与引擎的角色,必然卷入人工智能(AI)大潮。本文通过分析国内外医学期刊对AIGC稿件的编辑对策差异,揭示技术革新和产业变革带来的机遇与风险。针对我国医学期刊在风险应对中的不足,从5个方面提出防范治理路径,以期在把握智能增强学术范式新机遇的同时,抵御并消解AIGC应用对出版秩序的冲击,并致力于维护学术质量与科研诚信,构建健康和可持续发展的智能增强型医学学术生态。 |

| Driven by the smart-enhanced academic paradigm, which serves as the super brain of academic wisdom, artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) is propelling the transformation of medical research paradigms toward intelligence and efficiency with unprecedented momentum. As the core hub and engine in medical academic research, the dissemination of medical academic journals is inevitably integrated into the tide of artificial intelligence (AI). This paper analyzes the editorial strategy differences regarding AIGC manuscripts between domestic and international medical journals, revealing the opportunities and risks brought by technological innovation and industrial transformation. Aiming at the deficiencies in risk response of China"s medical journals, this paper proposes preventive and governance pathways from five aspects, so as to seize the new opportunities of the smart-enhanced academic paradigm, resist and defuse the impact of AIGC applications on publication order, and commit to maintaining academic quality and research integrity, thus constructing a healthy and sustainable smart-enhanced medical academic ecosystem. |
