在新媒体时代背景下,高校科技期刊的数字化转型发展面临人力资源短缺、业务拓展能力受限等挑战。大学生群体作为高校的特色人力资源,或可成为破局关键。《药学进展》基于其主办单位的学生资源组建了编辑助理团队,通过设计职能化组织架构、完善激励机制与建设团队文化等举措,使团队逐步形成“学生自主管理,编辑协助赋能”的模式,不仅高效完成了期刊数字化平台优化与内容创新等工作,同时还助力了校企协同合作、促进学生专业能力提升,实现了产、学、研、编的多方共赢,值得推广。文章以《药学进展》编辑部组建的大学生编辑助理团队为例,探讨其对高校科技期刊的重要意义与具体实践模式,旨在为同类期刊寻求高效、可行的转型发展路径提供思路。 |

Under the background of the new media era, the digital transformation of university sci-tech periodicals faces challenges such as human resource shortages and limited business expansion capabilities. The student population, as a unique human resource in universities, may become the key to breakthrough. Editorial Office of Progress in Pharmaceutical Sciences established an editorial assistant team utilizing student resources from its host institution. Through designing functional organizational structures, improving incentive mechanisms, and building team culture, the team gradually formed a "student-led management with editorial support and empowerment" model. This approach not only efficiently completed tasks including optimization of digital platforms and content innovation, but also facilitated university-enterprise collaboration and enhanced students" professional competencies, achieving mutual benefits across industry, academia, research, and editorial collaboration. This successful case deserves promotion. Taking the student editorial assistant team of Editorial Office of Progress in Pharmaceutical Sciences as an example, this paper explores its significance and practical models for university sci-tech periodicals, aiming to provide reference for similar periodicals seeking efficient and feasible transformation paths. |
