| 本文以美国计算机学会(ACM)、美国科学促进会(AAAS)等国际顶级学协会为典型案例,依托实地研修获取的一手资料,系统剖析北美学协会期刊在刊会职能融合、开放获取转型、科研诚信建设、数智技术应用、作者服务优化及全球资源整合等方面的成熟经验。在此基础上,结合我国交通运输领域学会期刊发展实际,系统梳理其在生态化运营进程中存在的差距与瓶颈,并提出具有针对性的实践路径。我国交通运输领域学会期刊应立足行业特色与国家战略需求,加快由单刊质量提升向生态化系统运营转型,构建以交通学术共同体为核心、数智技术为驱动、开放获取为导向、全链条服务为支撑的新型学术出版生态,为交通强国建设与我国交通领域全球话语权提升提供有力支撑。 |

| This paper takes top international academic societies such as the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) as typical cases, based on first-hand data obtained through field research, it systematically analyzes the mature experience of journals of academic societies in North America such as the integration of society and journal functions, the transition to open access, the construction of research integrity, the application of digital and intelligent technologies, the optimization of author services, and the integration of global resources. On this basis, considering the actual development of journals run by Chinese academic societies in the transportation field, the paper systematically identifies the gaps and bottlenecks in their ecological operation process and proposes practical pathways. Chinese academic society journals in the transportation field should base themselves on industry characteristics and national strategic needs, accelerate the transformation from individual journal quality improvement to systematic ecological operation. They should build a new academic publishing ecosystem centered on a transportation academic community, driven by digital and intelligent technologies, guided by open access, and supported by full-chain services. This will provide strong support for building a country with strong transportation network and enhancing China’s international discourse power in the transportation field. |
