| 针对数智化浪潮下科技期刊行业面临的集约化运营不足、资源支撑有限等现实挑战,本文重新审视了科技期刊发展核心要素,阐释构建期刊自有大数据要素的核心价值,从数据层、能力层、应用层和生态层4个维度搭建数智时代科技期刊融合发展生态体系,最后,以《吉林大学学报(工学版)》的实践探索为基础,结合期刊实践总结融合发展的实施路径与成效,为科技期刊顺应数智化趋势、实现高质量融合发展提供参考与借鉴。 |

| Amid the digital and intelligent wave, the scientific journal industry is plagued by practical challenges including inadequate intensive operation and constrained resource support, this paper re-examines the core elements of scientific journal development and expounds the core value of constructing journals" proprietary big data elements. It builds an ecological system for the integrated development of scientific journals in the digital and intelligent era from four dimensions: the data layer, capability layer, application layer and ecological layer. Finally, based on the practical exploration of Journal of Jilin University (Engineering and Technology Edition), it summarizes the implementation paths and effects of integrated development in combination with journal practices, providing references for scientific journals to adapt to the digital and intelligent trend and achieve high-quality integrated development. |
