| There exist some problems in the management of author contributions, such as not responding to the authors, using the uniform comments too often, accepting or rejecting manuscripts based on the guanxi, and so on. The editors should better serve the contributors, carry out the system of responding the authors, perfect the system of initial evaluations by the editorial staff, accept the manuscripts according to the quality, and deal with the rejection more prudently. |
