| Post-graduate student papers are now the important source of contributions. From four aspects such as improving the post-graduate education, guaranteeing the manuscript quality, enhancing academic normalization, and being convenient for dealing with manuscript, the author of this paper puts forward a suggestion that the supervisors' recommendations are needed when the post-graduates contribute manuscripts to sci-tech journals. |
