| The feasibility of regarding the sci-tech journals as projects is discussed, and four ideas that the responsible editors should bear in mind are suggested:planning of journal development, paying more attention to authors, high quality publishing and overall managing the time. Finally the work flow of the responsible editors is described in line with project management. |
