| 审稿专家队伍的建设是保证学术刊物质量的关键环节。《中 华创伤骨科杂志》编辑部通过确定审稿专家的审稿方向、加强审稿专家数据库的动态管 理、严把初审质量关、不定期召开审稿专家集体审稿会、控制审稿专家的工作量及不断提高 审稿专家的工作热情等措施,正逐渐建立一支动态的高水平、高效率的审稿专家队伍。 |

| Building of the teams of peer reviewers is a key to ensure the quality of academic journals. By correctly determining review direction of the peer reviewers, strengthening dynamical management of the reviewers, elevating quality of first review, controlling the work load of the peer reviewers, and uninterruptedly raise working enthusiasm of the peer reviewers, a team of the peer reviewers with high level and high efficiency has been gradually established by the editorial department of Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma. |
