| This paper summarizes some consciously and unconsciously behaviors of responsible editors of sci-tech periodicals that do a lot of harm to the peer reviewers’ benefits in refereeing process. The damages of these behaviors are enumerated, and the countermeasures are proposed for the purposes of protecting the benefits of editors, reviewers and the periodicals. |
