| 对一起“引而不注”著作纠纷案例进行分析,以《著作权法 》为依据,从人性化出发,使纠纷得到圆满解决。编辑应做好论文出版前对参考文献的审查 和出版后的论文“随访”,正确面对纠纷问题,“以人为本”,“惩前毖后,治病救人”, 维护著作权人的合法权益。 |

| A citing without quotation case was analyzed. Based on the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, starting from the human, the dispute was resolved satisfactorily. As for the editor, each reference literature of papers should be censored before the publication, and all issued papers should be followed up. Literature disputes must be correctly dealt with the scientific concepts of equality,“people-oriented”, “learn from past mistakes and avoid future ones, and to cure the sickness to save the patient”. |
