| Negative roles which are caused by intervention to citation of referenc es and repetat publication of multi-contribution of one paper and publication o f plagiarizing papers were deeply discussed. Intervention by human factors to im pact factor was analysed. We advocate that intervention to citation of reference s should be prohibited and repetat publication and publication of plagiarizing p apers should be eliminated via some means. Citation of references and evaluation to them are promoted into normal environment based on perfect citation of refer ences. |
