| 通过对一些高校组建期刊中心这一办刊和管理模式的分析,认为组建高校期刊中心具有如下好处:可以得到学校财力和物力上的更多投入和支持；利于编辑部之间资源共享,扩大向外交流和合作,提升刊物竞争力；便于编辑部之间的交流与合作,提高审稿和发稿的效率；还可以提高经济效益稍差的编辑部人员的待遇,利于调动大家的积极性。 |

| There are some kinds of journals at a university. It is inevitable for university journals to merge and establish a journal-publishing center. The establishment of the journal-publishing center can obtain more supports from the university in financial resources and property, be of benefit to the journals in resource share. By means of management of the journal-publishing center, the university journals can increase cooperation and international contacts, improve the journal's academic quality. It can also lead to raise efficiency of handling contributions and mobilize positive factors of editorial staffs. |
