| 《中华护理杂志》的影响因子和被引频次常年居于我国科技期刊前列,但是发表时滞偏长,其原因包括可刊文章的数量大于期刊容纳量,审稿及修改件需要较长时间,编辑部对发表时滞的重视不够等。针对这些问题,采取了分流稿件,扩大版面；改进审稿流程,加快退修速度；增强编辑的时效意识,将发表时滞作为工作考评的内容等改进措施,有效缩短了论文的发表周期。 |

| The impact factor and citations of Chinese Journal of Nursing have been keeping ahead among academic journals, but its delay of publication was a bit longer. The reasons include:the articles could be published were more than the capability of the journal, peer review and articles revising spent too long time, and the editors ignored the delay for publication. The following measures have been applied to shorten the publication delay:increasing the pages, reforming the procedure of peer review and authors' revising, and enhancing editors' consciousness of publication time. These measures are effective in the practice. |
