| 21世纪科技编辑的知识结构应该呈现出三足图钉型的结构特 征。其知识结构由三维构成,即专、博、新三者的有机组合。专是指精深的专业知识,博是 指广博的基础知识,新是指处于前沿地带的新知识和新信息。将“新”从专和博中分离出来 ,是因为“新”决定着编辑知识结构的优化程度和新颖化程度,必须予以特别强调。 |

| Sci-tech editor's information structure should show itself characteristics of three feet pushpin in the 21st century. It is constituted by three dimensions, such as “specialized”, “broad”, “new”. “Specialized” means that the editor should have intensive knowledge in a field. “Broad” is the width of basic knowledge. The “new” is the up to date knowledge and information. We separate the “new” from the "specialized" and “broad” because “new” decides the optimized degree and novelty degree of editor's information structure. So it must be emphasized. |
