| Illustrations have an important bearing on the content and the elegance of a sci-tech paper. Special attention should be paid not only to the standardization but also to the expression and layout of illustrations in editing. The optimization of illustrations in sci-tech papers is discussed in view of the drawbacks of the illustrations in some academic journals. |
