| Tremendous changes of receiving manuscripts for scientific journals have taken place due to the development of science and technology. The persons who are engaged in receiving manuscripts for scientific journals must keep pace with time, strengthen the studies of laws and regulations, editing and publishing professional work, professional knowledge, web and computer knowledges, and consolidate the conviction of wholehearted service to the scientists and scholars so as to complete the receiving manuscripts for scientific journals in a down-to-earth manner. |
