| 针对多数科技学术期刊存在办刊经费少、经济效益低等问题,以中南大学理工版学报办刊实践为例,论证开源的前提是注重学术质量,办出特色,创立期刊品牌；介绍开源的具体措施,如争取主办单位政策和经费上的支持,举办专题学术会议,出版会议论文专辑,采取多种形式办刊,收取版面费,刊登广告等。 |

| Based on some problems that most of scientific journals face, such as capital is insufficient, economical benefit is low, etc., taking experiences of Journal of Science and Technology of Central South University as an example,it is pointed out that the premises of earning are improving papers' academic quality, strengthening journal's characteristics. Measures for earning are as follows:obtaining support from sponsors, holding scientific conferences, publishing conference proceedings, charging page fees, publishing advertisements, etc. |
