| China is not a strong country in term of science journals though we produce a lot of new science articles every year. One important reason is that there are some holes in the management of the national natural science fund of China. As a deputy to the National People's Congress representing the periodical circle, the author had proposed that the management of the national natural science fund should be perfected for the purpose of enhancing the quality of Chinese science journals. |
