| The value of trust between writers and editors, editors and peer reviewers, writers and peer reviewers, and the members of editorial departments during the publishing of sci-tech periodicals is analyzed. It is put forward that trust should be established between writers, readers, editors and peer reviewers so as to enhance the overall quality of sci-tech periodicals. |
