| 随着知识的急剧增长,知识管理的作用已经凸显出来。针对科技期刊编辑部的特征,结合知识管理机制和编辑实践工作提出了行之有效的知识管理方案；分析知识管理实施过程中可能出现的障碍,并提出了相应的对策。 |

| Knowledge management is more and more important with the knowledge sharply increasing. According to characteristics of sci-tech periodicals' editorial offices, mechanism of knowledge management and practical work of editing, an effective scheme is put forward. Some solutions for dealing with obstacles in the knowledge management are also provided. |
