| 为了优化编辑流程,提高编辑工作效率,调查了《第三军医大学学报》2004—2006年未修回稿件234篇。其原因主要是作者投稿后到退修时间间隔较长、对刊用的形式不满意及因一稿多投外刊先用,也有少部分因导师要求投到国外期刊、编辑提出的修改意见作者没法修改和与作者联系不上等。对此提出了相应的对策。 |

| In order to optimize the editing procedure and improve the efficiency of the editing work, we randomly sampled 234 manuscripts of our journal (Journal of Third Military Medical University) that were sent back to authors for revision and never came back during 2004 to 2006, and analyzed the reasons. The following factors contribute to this phenomenon:relatively long span of time from manuscript submission to manuscript revision, dissatisfied publication pattern of manuscripts, quicker acceptation by other journals, transition to overseas journals, irreparable questions as well as false contact information. Regarding to these questions leading to never-returned revised manuscripts, we put forward a series of countermeasures. |
