| 为全面了解湖北省高校科技期刊网络化的程度,推进科技期刊现代化建设,对湖北省高校主办的92种科技期刊的网络化建设情况进行调查,其中拥有独立网站的期刊有59种。对这些网站的基本建设、期刊数字化、加入集群情况进行统计和对比分析,同时对92种期刊加入大型数据库的情况作了考察。在总结湖北省高校期刊网站存在的问题的基础上,给出了促进网络化建设的建议:注重网站的内容及时效性；采取多样的信息服务方式；加强编辑工作流程网络化。 |

| For comprehensively understanding the networking level of scientific journals published by the universities in Hubei Province, promoting scientific journal modernization, 92 kinds of Hubei university scientific journals were investigated. Among them 59 had constructed their websites. The website infrastructure, the digital publications, the joined clusters and finally the situation of how those 92 journals joining large scale databases are analyzed. By summing up the problems of Hubei university scientific journals' websites, the construction proposals are given:focusing on the content and the timeliness of the websites, taking a variety of information services, and strengthening the networking of editorial offices. |
