| Since the editors of sci-tech periodicals must study their majors better, they should raise their reading efficiency on major literatures. Based on the learning necessity and condition, the modal consulting method of editing and reading science and technology references is presented according to its relative fixity of the modal and construction. By employing this method, the key points of editing and reading can be grasped speedily. |
