| To solve the difficulties of sci-tech periodicals in China, the characteristics of operation and management in CSIRO Publishing are analyzed. It is found that the publishing collectivization, open access (OA), and varied management policies are their main features, which are helpful to development of sci-tech periodicals in China. |
