| 为了解国外著名出版机构或期刊收取论文处理费用的情况,利用中文百度和英文谷歌学术搜索引擎进行检索。结果发现:国外出版机构或期刊收取论文相关费用有较长的历史,目前大部分传统出版社和期刊都收取论文发表相关的费用,其中以收取制图费和制表费为多,部分或完全开放存取的期刊则都收取高额的费用。国外收取版面费的实践可以给我国制订版面费收取规范提供启示。 |

| To learn how the famous overseas publishing groups and journals charge for published articles, we searched Baidu and Google Scholar with 'article processing charge', 'page charge', 'publication charges', 'color charge' and 'submission fee' and found some related pages and papers meeting our need. The findings indicated that most famous overseas traditional journals have charged for article processing charges in different items for a long time. Among them, color charge and table charge are the common ones and the prices are quite high. Open access journals and traditional journals with open access policy charge a high price for each paper. The charge policies of the famous overseas journals and publishing groups have provided experiences for China to make our own decisions. |
