| 从定性评价、单一指标评价、多属性评价、组合评价等4个方面构建学术期刊评价体系结构,分析学术期刊评价中存在的一些问题。认为:要慎重选用一些基于排序的评价方法和基于相关系数的评价方法；应该采取客观评价法进行组合评价,组合评价与多属性评价相结合将会取得进展；要注意评价的有效性与评价复杂性的辩证统一；各种评价方法可以互相补充,将长期共存下去。 |

| From the four aspects, i.e. the qualitative assessment, single indicator evaluation, multiple attribute evaluation, and combination evaluation, this paper constructs the evaluation system structure of academic journal, and analyzes some problems in it. It shows that it is necessary to carefully select some evaluation methods based on sorting and on correlation coefficient, and that an objective evaluation method should be taken to carry on combination evaluation. Unifying combination evaluation and multiple attribute evaluation will make progress. It is necessary to pay attention to the dialectical unity of evaluation effectiveness and evaluation complexity. A variety of evaluation methods may complement each other, and will go on a long-term coexistence. |
