| By analyzing the problem of sci-tech periodicals in subject selection from social focus, this paper presents a new method of subject selection, named as social focus-based subject selection, demonstrates the possibility of this type of subject selection, and discusses the keys to its success. These keys are to introduce a sci-tech element into a social focus, find a suitable sub-subject and seize an opportune publishing time. |
