| The comments of peer reviewers are divided into six types, such as unalterable, revisable, doubtful, uncommented, unreal and useless. For the purposes of writing objective, impartial and valuable revision letters, three principles for accepting or rejecting the review comments are provided:respecting the reviewers, being responsible for the authors and guaranteeing the quality of scientific journals. |
