| 对国内外优秀医学期刊栏目的设置进行比较,认为医学期刊均有按专业学科设置栏目的趋势。国内医学期刊内容单一,专业性强；国外期刊内容丰富,形式多样,互动性好:因此,国内医学期刊应注重构建互动性的栏目,增设研究快报栏目,减少首报论文外流,提高中国医学期刊的质量及影响。 |

| A comparison of column structures in prestigious domestic and international medical journals indicates that both of them have the trend of arranging columns based on disciplines. The columns in Chinese medical journals are superior in certain academic fields while those in some international journals are rich in news, literature and art. This article suggests that Chinese medical journals should improve their interaction between readers and authors. And the papers published in the column of Letters will raise the impact factors of Chinese medical journals and have the function of preventing original research papers from flowing overseas. |
