| 对未用稿件编辑帮助转投的问题进行调查与分析。结果表明:极少数作者遇到过编辑转投稿问题；愿意编辑转投的与已发表论文数和作者职称等因素有关；怎样处理未用稿件作者自己有一定的主见。因此,编辑应尊重作者自由投稿的权利,对一些质量好但因各种原因而未被录用的稿件,可针对不同作者提出相应的改投建议。 |

| The investigation and analysis of the rejected papers transferred to other journals by editors with the allowance of contributors (indirect contribution) showed that this problem occasionally occurred among a few of agro-technicians. In fact, most of the contributors hope to timely receive review comments from the editors. On the other hand, many factors influence the behavior of contributors. Those who published more would rather have their paper transferred to a higher level journal. Likewise, those senior researchers who are knowledgeable about the areas of journals would rather deal with their papers on their own. Finally, it is suggested that editors should respect the contributor's property right, and advise them according to the different types of rejected papers, especially for the rejected manuscripts with good quality due to various reasons. |
