| The disadvantages of completely relying on the peer reviewers nominated by the authors are analyzed in this paper. And a typical editorial case is given. To ensure all the manuscripts are accepted impartially, the problems, advices and strategies on how to choose the peer reviewers recommended by the authors are put forward. |
