| The scientific papers published by teachers and graduate students in university have become an important manuscript source for sci-tech periodicals in China. With the confirmation and exertion of the advantages of these authors, some active strategies are put forward to improve the writing quality and promote the standardization of scientific papers aimed at their motives of paper presentation and orientation of contribution. |
