| The characteristics of the publishing of sci-tech periodicals under the network environment and correlative problems are analyzed. The idea for developing journal's electronic manuscript management system is proposed. The challenge of the editors of sci-tech periodicals must be faced is expatiated. It is hoped that the periodical management system could adapt to the trend of network publishing, and promote the development of digital media. |
