| The service for users of STM periodicals is an important part of brand building. For investigating the service techniques or methods of famous oversea STM journals, we selected some top traditional journals and new created open access journals and studied their special services. We introduced these services in two parts:non web-based and web-based. These service ideas should be absorbed by Chinese STM journals and applied in the serving for our users. |
