| Reference hyperlink can make literature consultation very convenient for refereeing a manuscript under the internet circumstance. In order to benefit the review of referees and the evaluation of editors and shorten the refereeing period, hyperlink insertion should be finished for references in a manuscript before submission via web. The URL addresses from which the full texts can be very easily available and highly stable should be carefully chosen as the hyperlinks to be inserted. |
