| This paper presents a method of choosing the peer reviewer for a concrete manuscript for comprehensive sci-tech journal editors. It analyzes the characteristics and announcements of choosing peer reviewers through network from several aspects, i.e., manuscript titles or Keywords, author information, references, in order to solve the difficult problems of submitting manuscripts to peer reviewers and improve the review quality. |
