| 思想道德素质具有导向作用、约束作用、勉励作用和矫正作用。科技期刊青年编辑在工作实践中思想道德表现的主流是积极、健康、向上的,但也存在一些负性表现,主要体现在缺乏诚信意识、缺乏责任意识、缺乏自律意识、缺乏进取意识等方面。创设良好环境、加强理论学习、自觉做到“慎独”、坚守道德底线、掌握修养方法、学会处理难题、遏制不正学风、感受人文关怀等是提高青年编辑思想道德素质的有效途径。 |

| The ideological and ethical standards have the functions of guidance, restraint, inspiration and correction. In working practice, the mainstream of ideological and ethical standards of young editors of journals of science and technology is positive and healthy, but there still exist some negative aspects such as lack of awareness of honesty, responsibility, self-discipline and aggressiveness. Thus, the effective means to improve their ideological and ethical standards are suggested as follows:creating a good environment, strengthening their theoretical study, adhering to moral principles and laws without supervision, standing up to the moral "bottom-line", mastering the ways of cultivation, learning to cope with the difficult problems, checking the bad style of study and enjoying the appropriate human concern and etc. |
