| This article analyzes the editorial comments in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma to highlight their positive functions and the role of a qualified editor should play in guiding both the readers and authors. The authors of this article also emphasize the requirements for an editor who intends to get actively involved in the dissemination of academic ideas, as well as the interaction between readers and authors, by writing inspiring comments for the journal. |
