| 通过调查我国科技期刊收取审稿费的现状,认为审稿费的收取具有缓解办刊经费紧张、提高稿件质量、限制一稿多投的作用,但收取审稿费时要注意专款专用、审稿费额要适度,并应适当减免。 |

| This paper investigated the status of review fees of China's sci-tech journals, proposing that the collecting of review fees can ease the tension of journal's expenditure, can improve the paper's quality, and can restrict multiple submissions moderately. The author holds that review fees should not be used for other purposes; the amount should be appropriate, or may be waived. |
