| 当前中医药学正处于由传统向现代转变时期,其研发势头、学科规模前所未见。中医药期刊是中医药学发展和传播的重要基地,在转型中扮演着重要角色,作为期刊灵魂的编辑团队需要有超过一般的特殊素质,如思维创新、知识结构丰富、人格魅力、敏锐的视觉及穷追不舍的精神等等,方能把握契机,使期刊与转型紧密相随,并能推动和引导转型健康发展。 |

| Currently traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is in a period of transition from traditional style to modern style with unprecedentedly large research and subject scale. The change brings hope for the modernization of TCM, but it also contains enormous risks and challenges. TCM journals, an important base for the development and dissemination of TCM, play an important role in the transition. So, the journal editorial team as the soul of journal needs special quality more than the general in this period, such as the innovative thinking, rich knowledge, personal charm, sensitive to visual and the spirit of hardworking and so on. Only in this way can editors grasp the opportunity, make journal work closely with the transition, and promote and guide the healthy development of the transition. |
