| There exist misconducts in some learned periodicals in the fields of literature citation, supplement publishing, copy fee charging, manuscript handling, and remuneration payment and so on. These misconducts violate the academic laws, affect the equal competition, hurt the periodical reputation and pollute the academia. We should strengthen the periodicals' self-discipline and reinforce periodicals' administration to stop misconducts. |
